The workers of the Zanon ceramics factory, also known as the FaSinPat cooperative (Fábrica Sin Patrones - Factory without Bosses) in the province of Neuquén, Argentina have achieved 15 years of workers’ self-management at their factory and are still fighting to defend their jobs today.
A history of struggle
We embarked on a struggle that was led by the Ceramic Workers’ Union (SOECN), which we reclaimed for our worker-members, which became a vital tool in this struggle, and in which the democracy of the assembly meetings undoubtedly helped us to move forward as a united and organized force.
Learn about our story
With the support of thousands of workers, students, retirees, and artists, we have been able to defend worker-controlled production. Here, you can view images from our solidarity struggle.
Make a solidarity donation
While we fight for technological renovations, we must also support our families. For this reason, we have launched a solidarity fund in order to collect donations that will allow us to cover a portion of our salaries and continue production.
